Cosmina is from Italy she came to the UK 3 years ago with her family. She worked in a restaurant in Italy.
Cosmina was unemployed and looking for work with the support of Fed cap (Restart program Burnley).
Cosmina was finding it difficult to find work due to language barriers as she has English as a second language.
Actions and Activities Undertaken
Cosmina has complete Entry 1 and Enry 2 Functional skills Maths and English. She has completed four courses with Gloucestershire college.
Outcomes and Results
Cosmina has passed all her final courses and has achieved four qualifications. She also found some temporary part time work as a cleaner while.
In September Cosmina would like to progress onto Entry 3 Maths and English. After she would like to go on to further study at university.
