Betaris offer a range of NVQ Qualifications, which are worked based qualifications. These qualifications recognise the skills and knowledge  needed from the learner to be competent in their job role. By completing an NVQ it demonstrates the learner holds the correct skill set and knowledge in the chosen career path.

Sales

This is a work-based qualification, aimed at learners who are working, or want to work, in a sales environment, either in sales roles or performing sales functions, and who have direct contact with customers. They could lead to employment as a business development officer, customer sales adviser, customer service adviser, junior sales executive, membership sales adviser, new business executive or telesales executive.

The Course is accredited with certification, allowing learners to progress and excel within current role and ensuring employers and getting competent employees.

Course Details

Initial meetings will take place with one of our friendly Assessors where the course and content will be explained and advise given on how to get the most out of the qualification.

The Course is made up with mandatory and optional units, selected depending on the role that the learner is working within:

Cleaning Services

This is a work-based qualification and aimed at learners who are working, or want to work, in roles such as caretaker, cleaner, car valet, care worker, food processing operative, housekeeper, hotel room attendant, industrial cleaner, laboratory technician, street cleaner or window cleaner. The course is accredited with certification, allowing learners to progress and excel within their current role and ensuring employers and getting competent employees.

This is a work based qualification aimed at learners who are working or wanting to work within customer service roles who deal, or intend to deal, with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role. It is applicable to a variety of work environments and covers topics such as communicating effectively with customers, making customer service personal and deal with customers face to face and through other forms of communication such as telephone and email.

This qualification meets requirements laid out by Football licencing authority guide to safety in sports grounds. This qualification ensures leaners are working safely and equipped with the correct knowledge to carry out their role.
