Company Business Support Coordinator

We are looking or an experience Business Adminsitrator to join the Betaris team! You will work within a team and be responsible for high level administration within the business support team and to provide specific administrative support to Directors and Managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,681.00 /year


  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to training courses and general business support
  • Oversee the cleansing of databases and file management
  • Organise Hotel and hire car bookings
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Maintain CPD records and ensure updated monthly
  • Maintain company Asset Register
  • Produce local spreadsheet data to monitor costs and income including course costs, fund raising, cost of trips and provide administrative support for the SWAT training course
  • Provide administrative support to the Assessor team
  • Deal with enquiries from learners, clients, employers and suppliers promptly and in a customer focused manner
  • To be responsible for other administrative activities identified by the Business Support Manager.

General Duties:

  • To take an active part in the appraisal process
  • To comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and assist Betaris Training Ltd in the implementation of its own Health & Safety Policy
  • To comply with and actively promote the Equality and Diversity Policy
  • To comply with and actively promote the Safeguarding Policy and Practices
  • To support Betaris Training’s sustainability policies and recognise the shared responsibility of carrying out duties in a resource efficient way
  • To participate in enrolment of learners and invigilation of examinations
  • Undertake any other relevant duties as specified by your line manager, Business Support Manager, commensurate with the level of this post

  • Working with financial systems and procedures: 2 years (Required)
  • Finance: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (especially excel): 2 years (Required)
  • Experienced and skilled in the use of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and highly organised.
  • Proven recent experience in an administrative role within a customer focused organisation.
  • Understanding of Apprenticeships and NVQ’s (Desired)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. (Desired)
  • Experience of working with a Training Provider (Desired)


  • Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent Level 2 in English and Maths (or willingness to complete).


  • Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
