Customer Service Practitioner

Level 2 – Duration: 15 Months

As a Customer Service Practitioner, Apprentices learn to provide excellent customer service within a variety of different sectors such as Retail, Finance, Hospitality and Call Centres. Learners gain the skills to enable them to deal with conflict and challenges within a customer service environment. This nationally recognised qualification supports the role of customer service in the work place, giving learners the opportunity to learn and evidence their knowledge and skills.

Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service

Level 3 – Duration: 18 Months

The advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service is ideal for those in the role of a customer service practitioner delivering high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. As an Apprentice their core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
