The Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship is ideal for those working within the customer related occupations. The Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship is designed to provide learners with the professionalism to deal direct with customer support within all sectors of the organisation.
Customer Service Specialists act as a referral point and deal with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints and queries. As a specialist you will be expected to have an advanced knowledge of the of the organisation products/ service and be able to share your knowledge with colleagues. You will also be expected to analyse data and customer information and use this to change and improve customer services within the organisation.
