The winner of Novembers Apprentice of the month is….

Our Apprentice of the month for November goes to Keira Lambert, working alongside Will Pateman, Operations Manager of Flo-vent Limited!

Keira joined Flo-vent in Early October as a budding Business Administrator, enrolling onto a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship . She has shown her hand and got involved in all tasks even taking over their social media platform.

Keira has proven to be a valuable asset to the team especially at such a busy time for Flo-vent. She has been instrumental in the implementation of new processes and procedures within the company.

At only 16, she has shown her willingness to succeed in a business environment and through this apprenticeship programme, she is showing her potential more and more everyday! “One of Keira’s skills is the ability to pick new items and run with them. This Apprenticeship is no exception. She has taken on the challenge of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with great passion and determination, completing a number of modules already. Keira really enjoys learning new things and is excited to be completing her qualification with us here at Flo-Vent.”

Will goes on to say “Keira has made fantastic progress and has been involved in some crucial decisions over the past two months. Her ability to grasp the requirements for the project or task is phenomenal whilst delivering on time with quality at the forefront of everything she does. This subsequently allows the management team to carry out the strategic development of the business”

Not only has Will recognised Keira’s progress through the business but so has her assessor Laurence. Laurence has been Keira’s designated assessor since she started her apprenticeship with us and has really sang her praises. ” Keira has been excellent during her first month of her apprenticeship. It’s been a big step up for her and she has shown a good level of understanding! Well done Keira!

Will Finishes off by saying “With the support of Betaris, in particularly Laurence Waring and the continued support from the team at Flo-Vent, Keira has taken to “work life” really well. This can be a challenging transitional period in an individual’s life, what with meeting new colleagues, customers and suppliers and not forgetting time keeping and professionalism. So far Keira has smashed all of these and is working extremely hard to reach her goals.”
