The winner of February’s Apprentice of the month is….

Our Apprentice of the month for February goes to Claire Barratt at Wincanton!

Claire Barratt at Worksop, completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship . She continues to work at a very high level, producing answers that demonstrate a fantastic level of knowledge and ability to carry out research. On top of this, Claire has Dyslexia and is managing to complete the qualification without the need for coping strategies or additional support.

 

 

Not only has this done wonders for Claire’s personal and professional development, she is becoming a great asset to the team and contributing to business success! Here is what her line manager had to say! “Claire is applying her learning extremely well and it is allowing her to undertake additional responsibilities within the department. She has taken on a new role in the Scheduling Office and has been performing to a very high standard. Claire has also been training new employees to an equally high standard and ensures that the new colleague is operationally ready. Claire has always performed to a very high standard. She can be trusted implicitly to use her own initiative and consistently delivers the necessary results. Claire has been tasked with training all members of staff, including management, in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation techniques as part of the British Heart Foundation drive to improve the knowledge of this in schools and workplaces.”
